In this class series you will learn the ancient Kemetic (ancient Egyptian) sungazing techniques for revitalization, expanded awareness and inner harmony.


You will also learn ancient solar meditation and internal organ cleansings to release energetic and emotional blockages that act as impediments in experiencing one's natural and divine birthright.


Ancient healing prayers, dream work, altar building, energetic attunements, electromagnetic healing, qigong, sacred river and inner sun meditations will also be employed as well as sacred journaling and a sacred healing circle. This work assists in the lightning of density (negative energy removal) & the increase of one's vital energy and lifeforce by utilizing ancient energy enhancing modalities as well as the qi of the Sun..

Priestess Het Heru's 'Ancient Sungazing for Optimal Health & Radiance!' class synthesizes three timely and timeless lessons: The Planetary Ascension, the importance of ancient energetic technologies for ascension as well as life enhancing foods during this time of "Nasetch" (transition from present age to The Age of Aquarius). This Meetup Group will also provide information on Khem-RA (the period during the 2012 Winter solstice that marks completion of the sidereal 26,000 "Great Year" cycle and our collective rebirth to higher spiritual consciousness).
